By phone, video call or in person here in Spain, we talk about what you’re looking for, but more importantly, why. Are you looking for a holiday home, a place to live permanently or an investment for the future? The reason behind your search often determines much more than just your budget. That’s why I prefer to ask the practical questions from the start, so there are no surprises later on.

I select properties that genuinely match what you’re looking for. Not only from the properties currently on the market, but also through my network of local estate agents and property developers. For each property, I’ll give you my honest opinion on why I think it could be a good fit, or why it might not be. Because it’s not about viewing the most properties, but about finding the right one.

During the viewings, we explore the area together. No rushed schedules, but plenty of time to discover neighbourhoods, beaches, towns and local amenities. This way, you get a feel not only for the property itself, but also for the lifestyle that comes with it.
From signing to long after
From the NIE number and the legal checks to completion at the notary and the practical matters afterwards. I guide you through the entire process and remain available after the keys have changed hands. Because buying a home in Spain does not end with a signature.
