Buying new build in Spain
Selection & reservation
I select the right development for you, based on location, build quality, the developer and letting potential. Once you have chosen, you secure the apartment or villa you want with a reservation payment.
Purchase contract & NIE number
I arrange your NIE number (the Spanish tax ID) and guide the drafting of the purchase contract with the developer. My partner lawyer checks every document.
Construction phase
During construction I keep you informed of progress and inspect the development on request. The interim payment deadlines are monitored.
Completion & key handover
At handover I inspect the property with you for defects (the snagging list) before completion at the notary. That way there are no unpleasant surprises.
